"I like the herbs themselves just fine..."
I like the herbs themselves just fine! :) The subscription part could be a bit smoother though. My reorder did go through, but I wasn’t totally sure when it actually shipped, so I ended up checking back a few times. Not a bad experience overall, just kind of clunky and I wish the updates were clearer!

"Been happy with the simple ingredients"
I picked this up a few weeks ago and the first thing I checked was the ingredient list. It’s simple, looks good quality, and doesn’t have anything weird added, which I really appreciate. So far, I’m happy with it

"Just wasn’t the right fit for my body"
I really wanted these herbs to work for me, but after a few days they just didn’t sit well with my stomach. I started feeling nauseous and a little dizzy, so I decided to stop taking them instead of trying to push through it. The shipping was fine and the website was easy enough to use, so no complaints there. It was more of a reminder that even natural stuff can affect everyone differently. Maybe they’re great for someone else, but for me the tolerability just wasn’t there, so I wouldn’t order them again.

I used Spring Valley Herbs last week when I was restocking a few things, and the whole process was smooth from the start. The pages loaded quickly, the menus made sense, and within a few minutes I had found what I was looking for without having to click all over the place.
Checkout was easy too, which I appreciated because I was ordering from my phone later that evening. Nothing confusing popped up, and everything went through without any hassle. It’s one of the easier herb sites I’ve used in a while.

"Good herb selection, but I felt a bit misled"
They did have a better range of herbs than I expected, and it was easy to find what I needed. That said, I felt a little misled by how everything was presented, like I expected one thing and got something slightly different. Still, the selection was solid, so I might order again.

"I gave one of the Spring Valley Herbs..."
I gave one of the Spring Valley Herbs supplements a try for a few weeks, i can’t say I felt much of a change. The shipping was fine, the bottle looked perfectly okay, but for the price, shouldn’t you feel at least something? Maybe it works better for other people, who knows? For me, though, it just didn’t seem to do anything noticeable. It wasn’t terrible, just a little disappointing

My first impression when the order arrived was that the bags were bigger than I expected, which was a nice surprise. I ordered a few herbs from Spring Valley Herbs, and for the price, it felt like a good deal right away. The quality seems good so far, and shipping wasn’t bad either. "Return process was painless"
I had to return my order and it was easy. I messaged support and they basically said, “No problem, send it back with the label and we’ll process it once it arrives.” A few days after they got it, the refund showed up back on my card. No big hassle.
